Meadow Lane recommend you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, service or Good. These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding Contract between you (the buyer) and Meadow Lane. By using these services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, Service, Domestic and International shipping terms, Return and Privacy Policy. Application and entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of Good detailed on our website by the customer (you) from Meadow Lane.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and sale of any Goods between us and you, to the exclusion of any other terms that you try to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.

These Terms and Conditions supersede any previous general Terms and Conditions by Meadow Lane

Interpretation

Consumer means an individual acting for purpose which are wholy or mainly outside his or her trade, business, craft or profession;

Contract means the legally-binding Agreement between you and us for the supply of the Good;

Terms and Conditions means the Terms and Conditions stated by Meadow Lane

Agreement means any Agreement between Meadow Lane and the buyer;

Good means all Good Meadow Lane offers and/or sells through the (brand) name Meadow Lane

Orders means the customer’s Order for the Goods from Meadow Lane as submitted following the step by step process set out on the website;

A Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or any other public holiday.

Goods

The description of the Goods set out in our webshop, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size, state and color of the Goods.

Details of the Goods as described in the description of the Goods are subject to alteration without notice and are not a Contractual offer to sell the Goods, which is capable of acceptance.

All sell prices and purchase offers are subject to change in market conditions.

All Goods that appear on the website are subject to availability. If a good is out of stock (sold) despite appearing available in the webshop, Meadow Lane has the right to cancel the buyer’s Order.

When placing an Order, the buyer promises that all details provided are true and correct, and that you are authorized user to commit any payment.



Personal information

We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy.

We may contact you by using e-mail or other electronic communication methods and by pre-paid post and you expressly agree to this.

Basis of Sale

The description of the Goods in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Good. When an Order has been submitted on the website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason.

The Order process is set out on the website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

A Contract will be formed for the sale of Good ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order confirmation). You must ensure that the Order confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We rare not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order, you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it.

Any quotation is valid for a maximum of 3 (three) days from its date, unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time.

No variation of the Contract, whether about description of the Good, fees or otherwise, can be made after it has been entered into unless the Customer and we agree the variation in writing.

Price and Payment

The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the website at the date of the Order such other price as we may agree in writing.

We do not accept any other method of payment than the payment methods mentioned on the website. Payment methods may change at any time. All costs of payment will be passed on to the customer.

Taxes and Duties

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All orders are shipped DDU, ‘’duties and taxes unpaid’’ from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to various countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Meadow Lane does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

Delivery

All Goods Ordered by the Consumer will be shipped within 5 – 7 Business Days after the confirmation of the Order.

The Goods ship to the shipping address provided by the Consumer on the website.

Import and export duties, as well as all other levies or taxes imposed or levied in respect of Goods, the shipping and customs clearance shall be the Consumer’s expense.

The Goods will become the Consumer’s responsibility from the completion of delivery or customer’s collection. You Consumer must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them. 

Risk and Title

Risk of damage to, or loss of, any Goods will pass to you when the Goods are delivered to you.

You do not own the Goods until we have received payment in full. If full payment is overdue or a step occurs towards your bankruptcy, we can choose, by notice to cancel any delivery and end any right to use Goods still owned by you, in which case you must return them or allow us to collect them.

Withdrawal and Cancellation

You can withdraw the Order by telling us within 14 days after the order is made.

You can cancel the Order within 14 days without any reason, and without liability, expect in the case, you must return to any of our business premises the Goods undamaged condition at your own expense. Then we must without delay refund to you the price for those Goods which have been paid for in advance, but we can retrain any separate delivery charge.

Subject as stated in these Terms of Conditions, you can cancel the Order within 14 days without giving any reason.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation periods has expired.

The Consumer shall return the Goods with all delivered accessories and in complete and original state and, to the extent possible, in its original packaging.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. This is because you are liable for that loss and, if that deduction is not made, you must pay us the amount of that loss. 

Returning Goods

If you have received Goods in connection with the Purchase, which you have cancelled, you must send back the Goods. For more information please contact support@meadowlane.nl

Conformity and Guarantee

We have a legal duty to supply the Goods in conformity which the Order, and will not have conformed if it does not meet the following obligation.

Upon delivery, the Goods will be of satisfactory quality and confirm the description.

Liability and sub-contractors

We will in no event be liable to the Consumer for any indirect loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Contract, the sale of any Goods by us or the use of the customer, whether or not such damage is based on tort, product liability, guarantee or otherwise, unless the damage is caused by intent or willful by us.

The Consumer can transfer or sell the Goods to someone else. Meadow Lane will not be liable for the acts of any sub-contractors or consumers in any way. The initial Contract will immediately end when the Consumer sells the Goods to any third party.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Contract (including any non-contractual matters) are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Disputes can be sumitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

To avoid any dispute, we deal with complaints in the following way; If a dispute occurs customers should contact us to find a solution. We will aim to respond with an appropriate solution within 14 days.
