Misleading delivery

The package will be returned to the sender (Meadow Lane) if it cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided for reasons related to the customer's lack of cooperation (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent recipient, etc.). It will also be returned to the sender (Meadow Lane) if the customer refuses to pick up the package. The buyer will be contacted and asked for a new shipping address. Additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Even though items have not been received, their delivery status is shown by tracking

Items tracked as having been delivered are not eligible for refund or replacement. Therefore, we usually recommend having products delivered to a secure address. The shipment will not be marked as delivered by the shipping company until it arrives at your chosen address. We recommend that you check your mailbox or contact your local post office if your order is marked as delivered but you have not yet received it.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

The expected delivery date is only an estimate based on the usual delivery time in your country and is not guaranteed. Therefore, it cannot be guaranteed.
